ASPHALT SEALCOATING

Cleaning
A successful sealcoating job starts with a throughly cleaned surface. We will make sure your pavement is properly cleaned by edging back overgrown grass, Sweeping the surface with steel wire brushes, blowing off any dirt/ debris using high powered blowers.
Hot Crack Repair
Crack filling is essential in preserving your asphalt. Any weeds are removed using a powered wire wheel prior to applying material. We will apply a 300* hot crack sealant to any cracks 1/8in and larger.

Oil spots & Potholes
Oil Stains are very common on asphalt. Sealcoat does not adhere to oil so to solve this we apply an Oil spot primer by Sealmaster, this creates a barrier over the oil that sealcoat can adhere to.
Potholes sometimes areas in asphalt are beyond just crack filling and need extra care. We can fix these troubled areas with Patchmaster by Sealmaster it has the same performance as hot asphalt with the convenience of cold patch.

Sealcoating
The sealcoating process starts by hand applying Sealmaster PMM asphalt based sealer ( Or Coal Tar )by brush around garages and hardscapes. (We are very neat and take our time around any areas that should not have sealer on them) Any remaining asphalt is carefully sprayed on using a modern spray system.

PREMUM QUALITY COAL TAR EMULSION PAVEMENT SEALER
SealMaster Polymer-Modified Coal Tar Sealer (PMCTS) is a premium quality coal tar emulsion pavement sealer fortified with cross-linking rubber polymers and special surfactants. PMCTS is job-mixed with specifically graded aggregate and applied at a rate of 55-57% solids (unlike conventional sealers that are applied at 40-43% solids).
